These general conditions of reservation apply to all reservations made at the hotel L’Etable, whatever the form . They are part of the contract.
Offers and general conditions are valid on the day of consultation.
They are regularly updated , however all reservations will be honored on the date of stay under the specified conditions .
All bookings imply full acceptance by you of these terms of sale.
The booking contract will be automatically terminated by the hotel without this giving rise to a payment of damages to customers in an event constituting force majeure, or in case of impossibility of operating the hotel in accordance with commonly accepted standards for reasons not attributable to the hotelier , including cases of late opening or not opening ( natural disaster, road closed ) and in the event of customer termination payment .
Any reservation or purchase registered in the reservation system is firm and final.
As security, the presentation of a credit card is mandatory: Eurocard / Mastercard – Visa – Maestro
The payment will then take place directly from the SARL La Cuisine de l’Etable.
When the reservation is made by internet, mail or phone 42 days or more before the first day of stay: 70% of stay may be charged to the customer’s credit card or will be transferred to the account of the SARL La Cuisine de L’Etable,
For reservations made 42 days or less before the 1st day of stay: 70 % of stay may be charged to the customer’s credit card or will be transferred to the account of SARL La Cuisine de l’Etable
The balance may be charged by credit card or will be transferred to the account of SARL La Cuisine de l’Etable at the latest 8 days before the first day of stay.
Please inform us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your booking.
The hotel’s cancellation policy are decisive for billing .
If the customer terminates the contract , SARL La Cuisine de l’Etable may charge you for the following :

We will do our best to have the rooms ready as soon as possible.
They can be made available to customers from 16:00.
On departure, rooms must be vacated before 10:30.
If the customer wanted to keep his room the day of check out until mid-afternoon, the total amount of the night will be due.
All types of special requests must be agreed in advance.
They are accepted on requirement provided they are quiet and not aggressive.
The client expressly agrees that the management of the hotel is entitled to assess, at its discretion, loud and aggressive animals and consequently decides whether to allow their presence within the hotel .
These animals must be kept on a lead within the hotel restaurant.
It will be charged per night 15 chf for the presence of an animal in the room.
For all additional costs during the stay, the invoice must be paid at check out, either in cash (Swiss Francs), in EURO or with a credit card. Cheques are not accepted.
Hotel l’Etable only sends invoices to customers with whom it has set a special contract beforehand.
The customer agrees to provide the hotel L’Etable the number of final participants.as soon as possible, and no later than 72 hours prior to arrival,
Discrepancies about the number of participants will be maximum 5% can (compared to the planned number).
Beyond the limits of projected numbers, the remaining amount will be borne by the customer.
Unclosed parking space belonging to the establishment:
Here the landlord is responsible only as owner of the work for defects of the work, such as when a tile falls from the roof and damages the parked vehicle.
The hotelier is not liable if damage is caused by other vehicles and in particular in case of theft.
The liability of the hotelier is never engaged when customers park their vehicles on public roads.
According to the terms of the law, the Hotel L’Etable is not responsible for theft of objects belonging to customers. If little faults, there is no guarantee. The Hotel L’Etable takes no enforceable responsibility in respect of services that have been provided to the client. If the customer should cause any damage or he/she it was not satisfied by the hotel services,he/she should report it immediately, otherwise no rights would apply.
The customer remains solely and fully responsible towards the Hotel L’Etable for all damage, or damage caused by him/her or by a participant, without the fault of the Hotel L’Etable.
The customer cannot claim a particular room, subject to prior agreement. Rooms may only be used in their hosting service. The hotel may terminate the contract at any time, if the rooms are used for other functions.
The services which the customer wishes and that the hotel L’Etable could not provide will be billed separately. The hotel is just an intermediary.
The reservation agreements, terms, additional agreements and contracts made on this basis satisfy the Swiss rights. In case of dispute, the parties agree to resolve the dispute amicably so. If the dispute persists, it will fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts of the registered office of the SARL La Cuisine de l’Etable.
